Can I exchange or return items?
We offer returns for any unwanted items, provided the item is in the condition laid out in our Returns & Shipping terms and conditions. We don't cover shipping expenses. At this stage we don't offer exchanges as shipping costs are not covered by TDL. We would recommend getting in touch via email to get the exact measurements of an item.
I usually buy this size but your sizing is different?
We are a new company and we strive to offer clothing for small to medium dog breeds. We have altered the size chart to cover a range for each size but for specific measurements, we recommend contacting us via email to make sure the size is going to work for your pup.
Were are you located, and do you have a shop?
We are located in North London, United Kingdom. We are only online at the moment.
How quick will my parcel be sent?
We aim to ship your item next day but it can take up to 3 working days to process your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally however shipping times will be longer. Read more about it on our Returns & Shipping page at the bottom of our website.
I want item but it's out of stock can I pre-order?
If you'd like to enquire about an out of stock item, do get in touch via email and we will be happy to check the stock for you.
