Returns & Refunds:

This is the Returns & Refunds Policy for The Dog Loft.

Please email us to start a return at sales@thedogloftshop.co.uk

All items will be QUALITY CHECKED at our warehouse upon receipt and items that have been worn or used will NOT BE REFUNDED. Items that have the tag removed will NOT BE REFUNDED. 

Returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging and with tags attached as received. 

All returns will be processed within 14 working days from receipt of return, and accepted returns will be refunded to your original payment method only.

At this stage, we do NOT cover postage return costs and this cost will be at the responsibility of the customer and not TDL. In the event that we have not received the returned goods, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a proof of return. We suggest using a tracked postal service as your statutory rights are not affected. 

All items bought on TheDogLoft.Shop can only be returned to us directly. Please email us at sales@thedogloftshop.co.uk for the returns address.

Shipping & Delivery

The Dog Loft aims to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery wihtin the UK may take up to 5 working days and international shipping may take upto 14 working days. At this stage we are unable to offer free shipping and shipping costs will be added to your basket at checkout.

All purchased items are subject to availability and if an item is out of stock, contact will be made via email. The Dog Loft has the right to cancel any order at anytime and by placing an order you're acknowledging and accepting our terms of service.

All orders must be paid for at check out The Dog Loft will not hold any items for payment at a later date.

Delays may occur due to busier times of the year such as bank/public holidays and Christmas/New Year. 

Shipping within the UK is done using Royal Mail
International Shipping is either Royal Mail or DHL Express.
